Flora Flower Bar

At Flora Flower Bar, all of our products are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers and many of our services are custom and event-based. Because of the perishable and personalized nature of our offerings, the following policy applies.
🌿 1. Fresh Flowers & Floral Products
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all flower sales are final. We do not accept returns of fresh flowers once delivered or picked up.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery or pickup.
To request a resolution:

Provide clear photos of the item as received

Include your order number

Contact us within the 12-hour window
Once verified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement (if available)

Store credit

Partial or full refund
Requests submitted after 12 hours cannot be honored due to the natural lifespan of fresh flowers.
🌿 2. Custom Orders, Events & Flower Bar Services
Custom orders (including flower bars, workshops, installations, weddings, corporate events, and pre-arranged bouquet giveaways) are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date and materials.

Deposits cover design time, flower sourcing, and staffing reservations.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund, as flowers and labor have already been committed.
🌿 3. Order Changes

Changes to orders must be requested in writing.

We cannot guarantee changes requested within 7 days of delivery or event date.

Approved changes may result in price adjustments.
🌿 4. Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered as scheduled due to our error, we will:

Attempt redelivery at no additional cost, or

Offer store credit or refund if redelivery is not possible
Flora Flower Bar is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect delivery information

Recipient unavailability

Weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
🌿 5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear

Store credit does not expire.
